Xiaomi SkyNomad N90 Max Debuts as First with RoboSense All-Solid-State LiDAR

Xiaomi Auto officially unveiled its second product series, the SkyNomad intelligent large-space SUV lineup, on July 30, 2026. The flagship N90 Max becomes the first mass-produced Xiaomi model equipped with a rear-facing all-solid-state digital LiDAR, exclusively supplied by RoboSense. Based on RoboSense's automotive-grade E Platform, the solid-state sensor integrates proprietary SPAD-SoC and 2D VCSEL chips, delivering a 140° horizontal and 105° vertical field of view with 2cm ranging accuracy. This marks the E Platform's first deployment in mainstream L2+ passenger vehicles.
