BYD Da Tang Flagship SUV to Launch Mid-June, Pre-orders Exceed 100,000 in Two Weeks

BYD's first D-class flagship SUV "Da Tang" will officially launch in mid-June 2026. Pre-sales opened April 24 at the Beijing Auto Show with pricing at 250,000-320,000 yuan. Within 24 hours, orders exceeded 30,000; within two weeks, cumulative orders surpassed 100,000. The BEV version features BYD's latest second-generation Blade Battery with 950km CLTC range—the longest among global large BEV SUVs. The 1000V high-voltage architecture supports peak 1000kW charging, with 0-100km/h in 3.9 seconds for the AWD version.
