AITO Adjusts Cooperation Model: Seres Leads Five Areas, Huawei Device Enables
On September 15, AITO and HarmonyOS Intelligent Mobility issued a statement on their cooperation model: in the five areas of product definition, product design, brand marketing, channel retail, and service system, AITO will be led by Seres, with Huawei Device participating as an enabler, and AITO will remain part of the HarmonyOS Intelligent Mobility system. Maextro, Stelato, Luxeed, and Shangjie will maintain Huawei's full-process leadership. The two parties said that existing rights and subsequent services for AITO users will remain unchanged, but did not disclose an implementation timetable, operational details, or capital and equity arrangements.
