Guangdong Charging Infrastructure Leap: 3 Million Units by 2027, Supercharging Stations to Surpass Gas Stations

Guangdong Province recently issued the "Action Plan for High-Quality Development of Electric Vehicle Charging Facilities," proposing to build over 3 million charging facilities by the end of 2027, meeting the charging needs of over 8 million new energy vehicles. The province will achieve "supercharging county-to-county coverage," with supercharging stations outnumbering gas stations. The plan also promotes high-power charging network construction, adding over 10,000 high-power charging guns.
