On June 25, 2026, BYD Ocean Network Sales Division General Manager Zhang Zhuo officially announced that the flagship sedan Seal 08 will launch on July 2. Positioned as a mid-size coupe, the vehicle measures 5150/1999/1505 mm with a 3030 mm wheelbase. The pure-electric version is built on an 800V high-voltage platform with second-generation Blade Battery, offering a maximum CLTC range of 905 km and flash charging capability that adds 400 km of range in 5 minutes. Standard features across all trims include Yunxiang-A air suspension, rear-wheel steering, and Lidar-equipped DiPilot intelligent driving system, with a projected starting price around 250,000 yuan, targeting the 250K-350K yuan premium sedan market.
