China's Used Cars Surge to Second Place in Russian Imports, NEV Advantage Drives Export Growth

In the first four months of 2026, Russia imported 28,900 used passenger vehicles from China, a 140% year-over-year increase. China has overtaken South Korea and Germany to become Russia's second-largest source of used car imports, trailing only Japan.
