BYD Sells 403,472 NEVs in June, Overseas Sales Hit Record 175,349 Units Up 95%
BYD released its June 2026 sales figures, with new energy vehicle wholesale sales reaching 403,472 units, up 5.46% year-on-year, marking the second consecutive month of positive annual growth. Overseas sales hit a record 175,349 units, surging 94.73% year-on-year, with the overseas share exceeding 43% for the first time. Domestic sales remained under pressure at 228,123 units, down 22.02% year-on-year. For the first half, BYD cumulative NEV sales reached 1,808,511 units, with overseas sales of 792,256 units up 70.65% year-on-year.
