WeRide Partners with Uber for Spain's First Robotaxi Service

On June 2, WeRide and Uber announced plans to launch Spain's first commercial Robotaxi pilot service in Madrid. This is WeRide and Uber's first collaboration entering the European market, with commercial services expected to launch within 2026. WeRide has already conducted autonomous driving R&D and operations in over 25 cities globally.
