BYD to Enter Canada by End of 2026 with 20+ Dealer Stores Ready

BYD has confirmed its official entry into the Canadian market by end of 2026, marking its first dealer-based foray into North America. Initial plans include 20+ dealer stores covering Vancouver, Toronto, and Montreal. Four models—Yuan PLUS, Seal, Dolphin, and Seagull—will launch with a starting price of CAD 25,000. BYD's overseas cumulative sales in Jan-May 2026 have exceeded 614,470 units.
