China's H1 Auto Exports Surge 65.3%, Talent Gap Emerges as Key Bottleneck

H1 2026 auto exports hit 5.096 million units, up 65.3% YoY, yet the talent gap has reached 1.03 million, with ADAS engineer supply-demand ratio at just 0.38.
