Deutsche Bank Backs XPeng MONA L03 for 12,500 Monthly Sales — What's the Bull Case?

Deutsche Bank issued a research report predicting that the XPeng MONA L03 SUV could achieve monthly sales of 12,500 units. The model features XPeng's second-generation VLA autonomous driving system, powered by the in-house Turing chipset delivering up to 1,500 TOPS of computing power, with VLA 2.0 improving overall driving efficiency by 23%. Deutsche Bank expects these new products to lift XPeng's nationwide monthly volume to about 60,000 units in the second half of 2026. Earlier, XPeng's flagship GX SUV secured 24,863 firm orders within 12 hours of launch, with the Ultra Flagship trim accounting for over 80% of initial orders. Whether MONA L03 can replicate this success depends on whether its autonomous driving experience can create differentiated competitiveness in the mass market.
