Parties to the Agreement and Acceptance

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") are a legal agreement between the User ("User") who uses the services of the website www.ex1000.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") and Horgos GongMall Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "GongMall" or "EX1000"). Accessing or using the Website and related services constitutes your acknowledgment, understanding and acceptance of all provisions of these Terms. Website Service Content

The core services we provide include: display of compliant vehicle sources (some vehicle sources are marked with inspection methods and pricing entities, supporting filtering or display in separate channels), vehicle source consultation and docking, order status tracking, logistics information synchronization, etc.;
All vehicle sources displayed on the Website have undergone corresponding inspection and review processes (including but not limited to inspection by third-party inspection institutions, verification of inspection reports, etc.), and vehicle condition and compliance-related reports are provided;
After consulting vehicle sources through the Website, the User shall negotiate transaction details and sign relevant contracts with us, and fund settlement shall be carried out in accordance with the agreement between both parties;
We have the right to manage business objects such as vehicle source information (review, publication, modification, removal) and order information (update status, coordinate logistics) on the Website.

User Eligibility and Obligations

User Eligibility

The User shall be a legally registered market entity with corresponding operating qualifications, and have obtained all licenses, qualifications and filing documents required for businesses related to automobile import and sales in the country/region where it is located, and shall comply with the laws and regulations of the local and relevant countries.

User Obligations

Comply with these Terms and all rules and policies publicly displayed on the Website, including the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy;
Use the Website services solely for legitimate business purposes, and shall not use the Website for any illegal or irregular activities such as fraud, smuggling, money laundering, etc.;
Ensure that all information provided (including qualification documents, contact information, receiving information, etc.) is true, complete and valid, and shall promptly notify us in writing of any changes;
Respect the intellectual property rights of the Website, and shall not copy, distribute, modify or tamper with Website content (including vehicle source pictures, inspection reports, text descriptions, quotation information, etc.) without authorization;
Properly keep communication accounts, contract documents and other materials related to Website services, and bear full responsibility for their own actions and related operations;
Shall independently verify the adaptability, compliance and relevant details of vehicle sources to ensure they meet their own operational needs and the policy requirements of the region where they are located;
Shall not interfere with the normal operation of the Website, or use the Website to send spam, maliciously attack the Website system or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties.

Vehicle Source and Quotation Rules

All vehicle source information displayed on the Website is published based on inspection results or verified reports. We strive to ensure the truthfulness, accuracy and legality of vehicle source information, but due to objective constraints, it is impossible to completely rule out the possibility of information deviations;
Vehicle source pricing will be clearly marked according to different models (including pricing by us, pricing by suppliers, etc.). Quotations are for reference only, and the final transaction price and related terms shall be subject to the written contract signed by both parties;
We reserve the right to update or adjust vehicle source information and quotations based on market conditions, inspection results or policy adjustments. Relevant changes will be publicly displayed on the Website and will not be retroactive to completed transactions.

Order Process and Logistics

Order Creation: After consulting vehicle sources, both parties shall negotiate and reach an agreement, sign a contract, and we will create an order on the Website and synchronize the status;
Order Status: The Website will display order statuses such as "Pending Confirmation", "Confirmed", "Pending Shipment", "In Transit", "Completed", "Cancelled". Status updates are based on actual transaction progress and logistics feedback data;
Logistics Services: Logistics services are provided by third-party logistics providers. We are only responsible for synchronizing logistics information and coordinating related matters. The User shall independently track the logistics status and sign for receipt in a timely manner;
Order Modification/Cancellation: If the User needs to modify or cancel an order, they shall notify us in writing in advance. The modification/cancellation shall take effect upon mutual agreement of both parties. Fees and losses arising from order modification/cancellation shall be handled in accordance with the contract.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights of the Website, including domain name, logo, text content, pictures, code, inspection report templates, order management system, etc., are owned by us or legally authorized;
The User only obtains the right to use the Website services. Without our written permission, the User shall not arbitrarily use, transfer or license others to use any intellectual property content of the Website.
Modification and Termination of the Agreement
We reserve the right to modify these Terms due to legal and regulatory updates or business adjustments. The modified Terms will be publicly displayed in a prominent position on the Website. Continuing to use the Website services after the public display period constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms;
If the User violates these Terms or relevant laws and regulations, we have the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate the provision of services without liability, and the User shall bear all losses arising therefrom;
The User may stop using the Website services at any time. This Agreement shall terminate on the date the User stops using the services, but the User shall bear all obligations and liabilities arising from the use of the services before termination.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of law rules);
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the competent people's court at the place where Horgos GongMall Information Technology Co., Ltd. is registered.
